Since its inception, the company has provided exceptional construction and remodeling services, building a reputation for quality and reliability. Over the past four and a half decades, Chermak Construction has completed numerous projects that have enhanced the beauty and functionality of homes and businesses in the greater Seattle area.
Founded by Howard Chermak in 1980. Chermak entered a new chapter when Howard Chermak retired and sold the business in 2017 to Noah France of France Construction. Noah shares the same values of quality, integrity, and service that have characterized Chermak Construction for the first 37 years and continues the legacy. Under Noah’s leadership, the company remains committed to customer satisfaction and community involvement.
Chermak Construction has completed several notable projects, historic home restorations, and commercial building renovations. The company offers comprehensive in-house design services and home improvement services, ensuring every project is tailored to meet the unique needs of its clients.
Chermak Construction is actively involved in charitable initiatives, sponsoring a food drive every Thanksgiving, and at Christmas, holding a silent auction to raise funds for the Edmonds Food Bank, and supporting Toys for Tots. Chermak is a proud participant in the Master Builders Association’s annual Rampathon event and the Lynnwood Rotary Club’s Challenge Race.
Recognized both nationally and locally for its outstanding work, Chermak Construction has been featured in numerous magazines as one of the best general contractors in Seattle and has been included in the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 list for 16 plus years in a row. Chermak Construction Inc. is honored to have received the nomination of Best Contractor of Edmonds for Best of Edmonds for multiple years and is honored to have a long-standing presence in our community.
