This was a full condominium remodel driven by universal design principles, aging-in-place features, and luxury finishes that honored the elegance of the life they were leaving behind.

The Design Process: From As Built to Reality

Our journey began with a detailed as-built drawing of the condominium, allowing us to evaluate every opportunity for improved space planning. We carefully measured our clients’ existing furniture and personal belongings, creating a custom 3D model that helped them visualize how their life would fit into their new home—down to the last detail. This early-stage clarity created excitement and trust, allowing for design decisions grounded in their real lifestyle needs.

Effortless Comfort

We reimagined the entire home with comfort and convenience in mind, new paint, doors and trim throughout the condominium for a fresh cohesive look. Adding additional cabinetry in the great room and dining room to maximize storage. Motorized window coverings for ease, privacy, and a sleek modern feel. Heated tile flooring in key areas for added warmth and luxury, plush new carpeting in bedrooms for softness underfoot, and additional can lighting to brighten every room. Let’s not forgetting about  the  theater-style sound system in the great room for immersive entertainment. Every upgrade was to enhance daily living without sacrificing sophistication.

The Kitchen: Heart of the Home

The kitchen, surrounded by full-height windows and integrated into the great room, came with structural limitations, including angled walls that could not be altered. Our solution: a purposely planned efficient design kitchen remodel. We extended peninsula cabinetry for added storage and countertop space added roll-out trays and vertical pull-outs to eliminate hard-to-reach zones. In addition, an upgraded dishwasher drawer and a bottom-freezer refrigerator for ease of access. Every cabinet was customized around a detailed kitchen inventory. An  open floor plan to maintain clear circulation and accessibility. The result is a kitchen that blends timeless beauty with forward-thinking function.

Safety with a Spa-Like Serenity

Both bathrooms were completely remodeled with a dual focus: safety and elegance. Features include integrated grab bars that blend seamlessly into the design, heated tile flooring for spa-like comfort high-end finishes like comfort height toilets and comfort height and roll out cabinetry for ease of access. All finishes create a calm, sophisticated style retreat.

Working Within a Retirement Community: Logistics & Success

Renovating within a closed community came with challenges: Strict work hour limitations, tight elevator access scheduling, noise restrictions and parking limitations. None of this stopped our team! We were able to coordinate daily with building management and managed tight timelines, ensuring minimal disruption for residents and a move-in ready home in under 3 months.
