Your project will be managed by your Project Developer from sale to completion. You will also have a Lead Carpenter onsite who be responsible for the day to day production of your project.
Our Design Services can provide structural building design, space planning, and interior design. We present new ideas, materials, and options. Much of this design work can be tailored to your budget, project size and level of complexity.
Handyman / Home Repair Services
Our Home Repair/Handyman Service provides a Master Remodeling Carpenter to perform residential repairs on a time-and-materials schedule. The service accommodates a planned project as well as insurance and emergency repairs. Typical projects range from rot repair to drywall and tile work.
Electrical Services
Our in-house Electrician provides you with a wide range of electrical services. Services include: lighting design, landscape lighting, home theater systems, updates and repairs.
Deck Services
Our Decking Specialists can assist you with anything from a basic back sitting area to a spectacular outdoor living space. We will present you with a time-and-materials contract or a guaranteed firm bid, depending on the size and difficulty of your project.
