Craftsman, Bear Creek in Redmond

In a stroll forward in time, turn of the century architects, Green and Green might stumble into this Redmond suburb and not believe their eyes. This comfortable, intimate outdoor living space is designed as a modern day replication of the Green and Green Craftsman style.

Garage and Outdoor Entertaining

A prized classic car without a home fueled the design for this state of the art garage. It is well equipped with two roll-up garage doors, a hydraulic car lift, workbench and covered outdoor patio area with seating. An enclosed garbage area was also created for maximum convenience.

Craftsman Outdoor Living, Kirkland

Our clients entertain year-round and wanted an outdoor living space that connected to the interior of their Kirkland home. They wanted a place where they could cozy up with light and warmth to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. In Washington, the whole “rain or shine” concept is important. The space we designed & built for them is complete with cedar, stone and artisan stamped concrete, the space welcomes both guests and family!

Traditional Outdoor Living Space

The guests of our clients loved to come to the country to visit for BBQs and tailgate parties. Although newer, their home didn’t have an easy place for rain or shine gatherings. Their wish list included a structure designed to integrate with the home’s exterior. The design settled comfortably into a transitional design with some northwest contemporary leanings. They also wanted a floor to ceiling masonry fireplace and gas insert, exposed aggregate flat surfaces, lots of lighting, cable connections, a small refrigerator and some simple cabinetry.
