Home additions and remodels can be a great way to increase living space and improve your quality of life! If your home is not meeting your current needs, we can help. Perhaps you would like a more open floor plan, a more efficient kitchen or a beautiful new master bedroom and bath. Maybe you need a mother-in-law suite, an apartment over the garage, or want to turn that dingy basement into a media room.

We get to know you well before we begin the remodeling process. A Project Developer is introduced and it is their job to listen carefully, learn your priorities and define the budget. New concepts, materials and options are presented.

If necessary, we help you with design, plans, engineering, permitting and financing. Your Project Developer will write specifications detailing your project, present you with a firm bid price and provide you with a realistic schedule. Upon contract approval, a Master Carpenter will be chosen to team with the Project Developer. Together they will see your project through to happy completion.
